Mahlia is a junior at Western Washington University receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Woman, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with Minors in Sociology and Critical Disability Studies. She led the Body Justice Project in Winter of 2026 and officially joined the EBI team in Spring of 2026. Informed by feminist and queer theory and antiracist politics, Mahlia aims to address disparities and various forms of oppression through her work. Long term, she plans to pursue her PsyD and provide therapeutical assistance in family units.
